How can I pay?

We store your invoice online in your account.This way you can easily consult an invoice and print it whenever you want to.

How quickly will you refund my return?

We will refund you immediately after we have processed your return. Most returns are processed and refunded within 5 business days of return.

How soon will I get my money back after cancellation?

We will refund you immediately once we have processed the cancellation. How soon the money will be in your account after that depends on your payment method, but at the latest within 3 working days.

How quickly will I be refunded if my order has failed?

Your order may have failed for several reasons. How quickly the money is in your account depends on the reason for your failed order. But at the latest within 3 working days.
