Do I have a guarantee on my items?
Of course! At LTB Jeans we strive to create great fashion at the best price and in a sustainable way. All our products are developed with care and consideration for the people who make them and for the environment.
We guarantee that our clothing is in good condition and will continue to function as expected under normal use, this is the legal guarantee. As long as you're only using your jeans for wear as intended rather than as a polishing cloth, that regular use should be fine.
If not, we will look for a good solution. If the items you have purchased show defects, such as obvious material or manufacturing faults in the items supplied by us, including transport damage, you can inform us without delay by returning the goods together with the pre-printed return form. Depending on your article or complaint, we will arrange a new article or you will get your money back.
What is the certificate of guarantee for my item(s)?
Your invoice or proof of purchase is also your certificate of guarantee. We save your invoice in your online account when you place your order. That way you'll never lose it again.
Did you buy an item from LTB Jeans from a third party seller of ours?
Then consult the website where you bought the item or contact that seller. Since you concluded the purchase agreement there, that person is the one who will help you.
LTB Jeans offers a legal warranty of 2 years on all articles. If a purchased item does not meet what you can reasonably expect, file a claim. Then we'll see what we can do for you.
